Our professional decorators use a variety of merchandising tactics to “stage” your home to be marketed for sale. When considering selling, your home becomes a product. Staging is the best way to display your product and help buyers envision themselves living in the space. Staging is an effective means of adding value to your home, regardless of the size of the home, or your budget considerations.

Staging Professionals
MAJIK is happy to work with staging professionals. We encourage you to spend the time on the business of details and decorating – leave the logistics to us! We have over 50,000 square feet of furniture and accessories in central PA, including six delivery crews throughout the region. We can provide you with a large selection of merchandise suited for any home, including free delivery, making it easy for you to provide the decorating expertise for your new and existing clients.

Homeowners or Buyers
Whether you are decorating your home for the first time, or need to spruce up a few rooms, our professional decorators can help! We can offer you basic decorating (accessories and accent pieces), or complete furnishing packages – for one room, or your entire home.

Apartment Complexes / Property Managers
Have you had requests for furnished apartments? We make it easy for you to offer any of your apartments partially, or fully furnished. You (or your client) choose from a variety of furnishings for a low monthly rate. Our program is entirely flexible. You choose what to offer. You choose the rate you would like to charge your client. Or, we can deal with your client directly if you prefer. We always provide professional, courteous service with fast, free delivery.

Whether you have a single home, or a large community project, staging your model or spec homes is the best way for your potential buyers to envision themselves living in your property. Our professional decorators eliminate the guesswork – by suggesting the most effective means of staging your home, helping you to move your product more quickly.

When traveling for more than a month or two, hotel life can become tiresome and expensive. We make it easy and affordable for you to rent a partially, or fully, furnished apartment. You simply find the apartment (or contact us for assistance in that area), arrang a short-term lease. Then, choose from our variety of room or complete apartment packages – and you now have a home away from home!
