Use this guide to decide if staging is within your budget. Remember – staging a home, especially in a difficult market, sets that home apart from the other homes in the area. Staged homes sell more quickly, and closer to the asking price, than vacant or lived-in homes.
Design and Layout: $300 (one time fee – does NOT include furniture rental) Our designer will handle every detail, including selecting the furniture, laying out your rooms, and providing accessories suited to your needs.
Living Rooms / Family Room:
Standard Living Room: $214.99 per month
Includes sofa, loveseat (or chair with ottoman), cocktail table, two end tables, 2 lamps, entertainment stand, and accessories.
Large Living Room: $259.99 per month
Includes sofa, loveseat (or chair with ottoman), cocktail table, two end tables, 2 lamps, entertainment stand, and accessories. Also includes an additional accent chair, ottoman, and sofa table.
Dining Room / Kitchen:
Standard Dining Room: $143.99 per month
Includes formal dining table, 6 chairs, place settings, and accessories.
Large Dining Room: $191.99 per month
Includes formal dining table, 6 chairs, place settings and accessories. Also includes a china cabinet (or server) and additional accessories.
Standard Dinette: $79.99 per month
Includes table, 4 chairs, place settings and accessories.
Large Dinette: $99.99 per month
Includes table, 4 chairs, accent cabinet (or table), place settings and accessories. Also includes an accent cabinet (or table) and additional accessories.
Bistro Set: $59.99 per month
Includes table, 2 chairs, place settings and accessories.
Bedroom:
Standard Bedroom Suite: $149.99 per month
Includes dresser, mirror, nightstands, bed, mattress set, comforter set and accessories. Depending on the room, the exact furniture may change.
Large Bedroom Suite: $199.99 per month
Includes dresser, mirror, nightstands, bed, mattress set, comforter set and accessories. Also includes an accent chair with ottoman, tall chest and additional accessories. Depending on the room, the exact furniture may change.
Other:
Standard Home Office: $129.99 per month
Includes small desk with chair, accent chair with ottoman, end table and accessories.
Large Home Office: $169.99 per month
Includes large desk with chair, accent chair with ottoman, end table and accessories. Also includes accent pieces (if necessary) and additional accessories.
*All monthly rates are established based on a 2-month minimum rental period.
