What’s Next?

Step 1: Look over our pricing information and the photos of recently staged homes.

Step 2: Call us if you have questions or concerns, or would like references of satisfied clients.

Step 3: After reviewing the pricing, we will arrange payment of the staging fee. Typically a project will be completed within two weeks of the payment of this fee. We do offer expedited service for an additional fee (see pricing guide for details).

Step 4: Then, we will schedule an appointment to visit your home in person and provide a written quote with furniture selections (you have the option of choosing which rooms you would like us to stage – we offer our recommendations)

Step 5: With your final approval, we collect the first month’s rent, and schedule delivery.

Step 6: Our decorator organizes the delivery, and finalizes the decorations.

Step 7: Your home sells much more quickly… and at a higher price than it would have previously!
